Le quart d’heure pour comprendre
A 15-minute talk is offered for each opera production, one hour before the performance (free admission upon presentation of your ticket). It gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself further with the opera you are about to see, to gain an insight into the composer’s life, and to learn about the work’s context and influences…
Programmes
Opera programmes: £5.
Others are free.
Latecomers
Out of respect for the audience and performers, latecomers will only be admitted during the interval.

Free of charge.
Foyer bar
At the Opera House: open 45 minutes before performances and during intervals. Non-alcoholic drinks from local producers available.
At the salle Poirel: open during intervals.
Recording
Photography, filming, and audio recordings are strictly forbidden.
Tickets purchased online
Download in PDF format and present on your smartphone or printed, or collect from the ticket office during opening hours or within one hour before the performance at the Opera or at the Salle Poirel (only for concerts taking place there).
Beneficiaries of reduced rates
