Artistic emergence
Through its activities and partnerships, the Opéra national de Nancy-Lorraine plays a full part in the region’s cultural life, working alongside numerous local organisations and individuals.
This commitment will take shape in 2026–2027 through a range of collaborations:
- the co-production of Chroniques with the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine and Là with the Théâtre de la Manufacture;
- a partnership with the Centre Pompidou-Metz for the production Calder in Nancy / NOX #5;
- collaborations with the Caméo cinemas in Nancy, the Hall du Livre and Livre sur la Place for a shared programme of talks and film screenings.
A staunch supporter of emerging artists – whether local, national or international – the Opéra national de Nancy-Lorraine welcomes, in this context, the support provided to the Zia company and its artistic director Suzie Baret-Fabry by the Grand Est Region as part of the Émergence scheme. As a sponsoring organisation, it thus reaffirms its key role: supporting new talent whilst strengthening ties with established institutions.
